1. Standard Cancellation Terms
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while respecting our service providers.
- 48+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund (minus transaction fees).
- 24 to 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 Hours Notice: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service or in case of no-shows.
2. Special Circumstances
In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable events that prevent travel, we will work with you to reschedule your booking at no additional cost or offer a flexible credit voucher.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Non-refundable Services
Certain specialized pooja bookings or peak-season accommodations may be strictly non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
